The Journal of Cyber World Insight catalyzes transformative ideas that challenge traditional historical narratives surrounding humanity's pursuit of political objectives via military and diplomatic means. It actively seeks contributions on contemporary security, enduring theoretical controversies, and articles seamlessly integrating historical and theoretical lenses to analyse modern warfare, defense policy, and emerging technologies strategies.

Beyond individual contributions and a robust review section, this journal caters to its diverse readership with an array of review essays, special issues, and dedicated sections. The editorial process involves a meticulous evaluation, beginning with an initial appraisal by the editors. Manuscripts deemed suitable undergo a thorough peer review by two or more independent, anonymous expert referees. In the case of special issues, the scrutiny involves both the journal editors and a single expert referee, providing a comprehensive evaluation of specific themes such as Cyber Politics and Digital Politics.

Review essays and state-of-the-field papers, including historiographical essays, typically undergo exclusive review by the journal editors. The peer-review process maintains double anonymity, and authors conveniently submit their work through the user-friendly Journal of Cyber World Insight Portal. In upholding transparency, the journal publishes a comprehensive list of referees in the final issue of each volume, underscoring its commitment to scholarly integrity and fostering quality discourse in the ever-evolving landscape of Cyberworld and emerging technologies.
